Mar. 29th, 2007 08:16 pmAll right, so I can take the Critical Perspective class in May and June at ACAD. I was kind of peeved yesterday because the interviewer said I wouldn't have had to come if he had known I had taken other credit classes. Le sigh! I feel much better about it anyway.
I didn't get all that I wanted to accomplish on the weekend done because of a splitting earache, but I'm optimistic about finishing the necklace.
I cleaned out my basement "art hovel" because it's too unorganized to be called a studio. My hobby room is next, hee hee! The trouble with the hovel is that there were two things holding up the clean up process - a giant 6'x6' entertainment unit that's heavy as heck, and a blue, overstuffed velour chair. Both of these belong to my husband, and while he was willing to part with the entertainment centre, the chair had to stay! I decided that I could accept both despite their ugliness. I had actually tried to give away the EC, but it's too flipping huge! The Salvation Army doesn't do pick ups in our city either.
I rotated the credenza 90 degrees and moved the blue chair behind it. Now visitors can actually have a place to sit! I'm stuffing all my packing materials in the EC. And gosh, I even vacuumed!
