purpleponyartAll around me are half-finished projects and I'm going to try to get them done this weekend. A half finished necklace, a half finished sweater, a half finished hat, a half finished painting (well, two actually!) and three half finished ACEOs.
I'm looking forward to holing myself up in the house and working on all this stuff. It seems hard for me to leave the house lately despite the fine weather.
We're booked for a community craft sale in May, which has me really excited because I won't have to wait for Christmas to see if something will sell. The tables are $10, so it's an easy risk too :-)
I also signed up for a class in May and June at ACAD called Critical Perspective. Another 3 credits in the bucket! I actually have to go for a portfolio review on Wednesday before I'm officially in the class though. It's funny how critical I feel about some of my older work. It was good at the time, and still has good qualities, but I wish I had some stronger pieces to take. Ah well! My friends at ACAD have assured me that I won't have a problem passing it though.
