Back to school!

My first day of class was September 1st, although technically everyone had their Monday class that day because of Labour Day. On Mondays I have weaving; on Tuesdays I have a drawing class. My weaving teacher, Mackenzie, only expected half the class to show up, but everyone showed up, so he taught us more than he expected. I found it very mentally exhausting. Measuring out 240 yards of cotton yarn was easy; trying to get it dressed on the floor loom was hard.

I came in after work on Friday to give that part a shot. I think learning to drive was easier! There is a real fear that if you do it wrong, you'll have to do it over again. And again :-D
