purpleponyartHowdy friends, I realized yesterday that I have been spending too much time online and not focusing on important things like I should. Online life does come with distractions, so I'm going to do my best to abstain from social media and even mobile games for a week. My phone is kind of driving me up the wall, LOL.
But, there's also a physical danger to too much internet. I gave myself tennis elbow and the best cure is ice, rest, stretches and Voltaren. You don't have to play tennis to get it. Same with golf elbow--it's just the reverse muscle IIRC. Have a great week and see you around LJ soon!
